Speak to us first
Always try to resolve your issue with the leader in charge of the activity/event/section. It’s always best if we can resolve something through a conversation, it might just be a miss-understanding that we can easily put right.
Put it in writing
If the team have not been able to resolve your issue, your next step is to put it in writing to the Group Lead Volunteer. You should explain clearly what the issue is, any information you have about those involved and what you would like us to do about the issue.

Raise it with the District Lead Volunteer
The District Lead Volunteer is responsible for all Scouting in Preston. If the Group Lead volunteer has had the opportunity to resolve the issue and your still not satisfied, they are the person you can take your issue too.
